I've been considering getting a pre-paid cell phone for emergency use because I'm tired of paying a ton for a phone that I can't use--making calls on it is a huge additional expense. So I'm thinking about a pre-paid cell phone. The only thing is I don't understand how it all works. For instance, I was looking at a TracPhone thing, and it has a card that you buy which says

  All of this pertains to scientists, one day, being able to genetically modify a woman's embryos, so that they are screened for genetic illness, but the point came up that one's baby could be genetically modified to have a certain hair color, or an eye color.
