So for example. If you see a user title that says RESTRICTED then you can only add "Jedi Padawan", "Jedi Knight", Jedi Master", "Sith Apprentice", "Sith Knight", "Sith Master" "Trainee", "Adept", "Elite"

Members can only request a title change once a month or when their stauses change. That is, advancement to knight etc... Remember, User Titles are a Privilege. Continued abuse of this privilege will result in losing it.
