INTRODUCTION TO PART III

If the Characters are the heart and soul of TGC then it is only appropriate that in this hall of fame we honor not only the characters, but also the role plays in which they made their names legendary. Part three of the Role Playing Hall of Fame pays tribute to just some of the many role plays that have defined and redefined role playing at The Gungan Council.

1)Jedi Task Force (2002-Present)
Featuring such role plays as Jedi Task Force: Gromas Mines, Anoat City , Mimban Adventure, Death Star Rescue, Hidden Menace, Bump in the Night, Hazardous Antiquity, Double Sunrise and Utapa Adventure, the Jedi Task Force has been a staple of the Star Wars Role Playing Forum since the serial's inception. Dreamed up by members of The Jedi Council, and originally having a basis in the first Dark Forces video game for PC, the Jedi...

PART TWO: GROUPS/FACTIONS

1) The Jedi Council
Having originally evolved side by side with The Gungan Council faction, The Jedi Council assumed its modern form upon the arrival of Organa Solo and her band of young Jedi from The Imperial Palace. TJC has been the dominating lightside faction at TGC for most of the history of the Galaxy, despite having experienced great ups and down in recent years. Over the years, The Jedi Council has been located both on the main TGC board, as well as on several of its own boards. Despite the many changes in Out-of-Character location, the Group itself has always been located on Naboo (Theed and Otoh Gunga). And Naboo is where it will stay until they nail the coffin shut. On January 15th 2007 The Jedi Council merged with The Jedi Brotherhood to become "The Jedi Council", and once again the sole reigning Jedi faction of The TGC roleplaying galaxy, just as it had been in 1999

by: Ceel
...

PART ONE: CHARACTERS

1) Itala Marzullo
Serving as Emperor for the original Sith Council (TSC) at Swfans.net, Itala Marzullo represented evil in its purest form: hateful, aggressive, dynamic. From early 1999 until sometime in late 2002, Itala struck fear into the hearts of Jedi not only at Swfans, but also at TGC to which he made frequent visits. After his overthrow and banishment from Swfans, Itala brought his clan of marauding Marzullo's to TGC for a time. On July 8th 2001 TMC left TGC Role Playing, and Itala with it, though the group did eventually return. Despite a reported "global ban" from ezboard, this evil Sith's name was still frequently whispered through out the galaxy, until his return to TGC summer 2005.

by: Ceel
Along that lineage, The Gungan Council is the torchbearer for Star Wars Role Playing on Ezboard, an honor inherited following the departure of Swfan.Net to vbulletin. In the course of our history, many memorable events have happened and much has been created. From characters to groups, customs, events and even struggles, as the years turn on, fewer and fewer remain who remember the early days. This Role Playing Hall of Fame is my attempt to preserve the history of Star Wars Role Playing on Ezboard before it is forgotten.

Please use the <a target="_blank"...
