His kiss had not been unpleasant, but she'd make him wait. She enjoyed being in control. It was mean to keep him waiting, but it made it that much more fun to her. In the end, it was more enjoyable this way for her and would keep him in anticipation. His eagerness did not entirely surprise her, but it seemed to surprise him. Hideki seemed to be elsewhere, probably in the clouds somewhere. When he met her gaze again, he asked if she would rather that he hear about her from somewhere other than her own mouth. He'd rather hear it from her. She smiled "Not at all, I simply wondered if hearing my name rang any bells is all." She tucked her hair behind her ears and moved over to one of the larger trees. Sitting down, she leaned back against the tree and patted the ground next to her. Certain that he would be occupying the seat before she could blink, she smirked to herself. When he sat down, she considered where to start. "Hmm. Where to begin..." She could start with the basics at least and perhaps let him ask what he wanted to know. "My name, you've already figured out, is Crystal. Crystal Carter. I'm from Naboo." Her eyes stayed on his, watching for his reactions. Already she had affected him, that much was clear. Already he seemed to be under her spell. Pausing, she gave him a moment to process the information that she'd give him next. "I train under Master Starkiller here at the temple." Casually she added, "What more do you wish to know?" She imagined that he would have plenty of questions for her, and prepared herself to answer them.

Communicating by projected emotions was a habit he had picked up from his kel dor friend Kel Rugar, whose breath mask and goggles made it difficult for him to convey emotions normally, and the habit had stuck. He smiled at Midnight too, slightly more amused this time. An academic debate was really the last thing he had expected when he decided to come here, but spirits were high and there was no harm in responding in kind, as far as he could see. "You make your points well," he commented, respectful as always and impressed by Midnight's rhetoric, "but they don't necessarily follow. Trandoshans eat steak raw and served at body temperature, which I'm guessing doesn't really sound all that appealing to you, but having that opinion doesn't automatically mean you think you're better than every trandoshan alive. "The connection I feel to those around me isn't necessarily a social one, I'll admit that, but surely you feel like... like you're a part of something much bigger than yourself when you're in a place with so much life?"

There were places to talk about junk like that but it was not here, it did not belong in a bar. Taking two shots in, Jake could feel the first effects of the first couple of shots. It would be minutes at the least before the rest of the liquor caught up to him. "Lets see here. I have taken in....." Jake stared at the bar tender for the answer. He raised seven fingers and walked away, a smile crossed Jakes face, "....seven shots. I still have the cognitive function to address the stupid debate on drinking." He lifted another shot that was rested in front of him and stared at the brown whisky within, "People have natural reactions to stress. Some people bite their nails. Some people pull their hair. Some people cuss. Some people cut themselves and some drink. Its a window out... a relief." He looked at Jesse, "...and it makes me damned happy!" With that he took his eighth shot and slammed the glass down. Jake started the laughing, the sound of the glass triggering a sudden reaction he could hardly control, "Come on Jesse. You need to loosen up. Even if its one shot!"

Doing his best not to look too eager, the lawman waited until she offered him a spot in which to sit beside her. He was a man that could make up his own mind, but seeing her take a position of control, well, it didn't hurt Hideki any. His family line represented much power and control, and if one wanted to survive in his family, you had to know how to hold onto such things. He set himself beside her, tempted to reach out and intertwine his fingers with her own. The male had liked the way her skin left his own tingling with satisfaction. Content to listen, he kept his gaze planted on her face as he listened. There lay no peep of reaction from Hideki, at least until Crystal mentioned Master Starkiller. Inwardly, a part of him threatened to get up then, to literally rise from his seat next to her. So the young male who had seen to capture his favored nieces heart was also Crystal's Master. That certainly made everything altogether different now. "I know of Master Starkiller. He happens to be dating my niece, who I am quite fond of. He's quite aware of that fact that if he harms one hair on her precious head, he'll need to answer to me." By no means did Hideki believe that Xander could be outdone, but the fact remained that if the Sith broke his niece's heart, there would be consequences, and Hideki would be the one to see that they were presented to Starkiller. No one hurt his niece. No one. He did have plenty to ask her, but his thoughts focused more on her interests than anything else. They seemed to be the ides that interested him even before her own family line. "What do you like to do in your spare time, when Master Starkiller doesn't have you for training? Where is your favorite place to be? What are your dreams/desires?" They were not the sort of questions one would usually ask upon a second meeting, but the Marzullo was interested in getting to know the woman before him that had come to capture him with the greatest of ease.

Hoping he wasn't fond of Raine though understanding why given her skin and those beautiful eyes. Even going so far to shiver while doing this. The young Sith stood steady a sick, twisted smile crossing his face. Was Gabriel's attempts to anger him working? The answer was yes but not in a good way for him. The young man had been a beast of anger, hate and fear but he had evolved. "Concern yourself with your own pathetic existence, angering me won't prolong your life," he said slowly walking towards him. His confidence was high and his strength rested in his swordsmanship. Brute strength and pure power, with wide, powerful strikes and parries followed immediately by counterattack. Despite not looking it Xander was very strong physically and usually found dominating a enemy easy. Even more from it came a happiness a thrill for the battle. He walked took a step forward before kicking himself forward his hands wrapped around the hilt firmly in a trademark overhand power blow downward upon an opponent.

The other reason she decided to go was because Katrina heard her sister found herself a boyfriend. She wanted to meet this Jake person who had supposedly gone out for the night with some other paddies to a bar. She didn't know who this Jake person was but she was going to find to make sure he was worthy. Wandering in she saw a group of Jedi and walked over to them just as one of them stated that drinking was there outlet when he was stressed. Sighing Katrina shook her head and wrapped an arm around each of the two guys Jake and Jesse. "Now, now if he doesn't want to drink he doesn't have to. I bet he's a light weight, so leave him be dear. Is drinking the only thing that makes you happy? It shouldn't be. There are so many other things to be happy for. How are you guys doing tonight?" Katrina didn't plan on drinking herself because she was one of those who couldn't hold their liquor. These boys didn't need to know that though.

I hope my tasks teach a good lesson and please your taste. Kat looked at the second door with an eerie calm. She knew all to well what Vohn was about to say. Whatever lay ahead was meant for a Ryiah. Kat had to do this on her own. She took a deep breath as the master spoke and nodded to him with her eyes closed. "Your confidence in me will give me strength Master. I thank you." When her eyes finally opened they were set full of determination and a hint of fear. She knew of her family and whatever lay behind those doors would not bode well for Kat. She and her family had never seen eye to eye on anything.... but that had never kept her from trying and it wouldn't today. She took a few steps forward cautiously, until she was standing right in the doorway of the large second stone door. She put a hand up to open it when a voice hissed at her. "Who seeks that which is hidden?" Kat glanced upward to try and see a speaker but there was none. She paused and let her arm fall back to her side before answering calmly. "It is I, Katarine Alysabeth Ryiah..Terran." She hesitated for just a moment on her last name, willing herself not to think of James. That mystery was one she would solve latter. Today she needed to focus on what lay ahead in the temple. She glanced upward again, waiting for an answer. The door hissed a second time, in the same cold voice. "To seek the treasure inside you must prove your bloodline." Kat gritted her teeth in agitation. Her family was obsessed with purifying their bloodline. It was the reason they all mated together and spawned children destined to have chaotic twisted lives. It was also the reason her twin brother hunted her so viciously. No one else was "worthy" of him in his mind. With horror Kat realized that a silver dagger was now laying in front of the door. She clasped it in her slender hands and took a deep breath. With one easy motion she sliced her finger open and pressed it to the doorway. It opened instantly, letting her see the darkness within. She sat the dagger back down where she had found it and entered the doors, which slammed shut immediately after her entry, leaving her in pitch darkness. Blindly she felt her way along a long stone hallway that opened up into a large circular room. In the far corner a lit fireplace provided the only source of light. Kat walked to the center of the room and paused when she heard boot clicks. She closed her eyes as a vile whisper of a woman sounded behind her. "Katarine I had not expected you to show here. This amulet was meant to protect a Ryiah. I thought you wanted nothing to do with us." "Your are mistaken I'm afraid Anastasia. I want nothing to do with this families traditions. I wish I could help you see the error of your ways. Of course this is behind you. Your one with the Force now so I'm afraid my time to help you has expired. Tell me why do you guard the gift? I figured Alysabeth would." "Don't you dare speak her name! You have never been worthy of the honor of the blood in your veins!" The woman shrieked from behind Kat but the Jedi did not turn to meet her. Instead she walked towards the fire place. "I don't consider what this family does an honor, nor do I set any pride in my blood. Tell me what must I do to get the necklace?" She still refused to look at her mother. Instead she ran her hand along the mantle piece of the fire. There were words in a language she couldn't read, probably an ancient Sith tongue. "You'll never get your hands on that amulet my precious. To do it you must show strength and we very well know child you lack it severely." Finally Kat turned to face the woman who gave birth to her. The fiery red hair of the Sith Mistress was moving as if by an invisible wind. Her eyes black but somehow Kat had expected that. The woman didn't appear to be a Force Ghost but knowing her family this could very well be an illusion of the mind. "If it's a test I must pass then spare me the lecture and present me with it." "As you wish." Anastasia smiled wickedly and then with unexpected strength she shoved Katarine backwards into the fire. Kat winced, preparing for the flames to lick her skin but to her amazement the flames were cold. They tickled but they did not burn. She glanced forward and seen a narrow passageway. She knelt down and crawled on her hands and knees and crawled through the cramped space. When there was enough room to stand she took to her feet and walked the rest of the way. Finally she entered a small room. In the sender on a large wooden cross was the limp form of her dead husband. His blond hair was smeared with blood. She could see his bare chest was covered in fresh scars. Kat felt her eyes well up with tears as she rushed forward to get him down. When she reached him however it was no longer the blond pirate of her dreams. On the cross hung Darth Ravage, her twin brother. Kat paused and took a few steps back, only to have the image change again into James. Puzzled Katarine glanced around the small room. There was nothing to see. She felt around in the dark but her hands could clasp nothing useful. Crestfallen she walked back to to the cross and sat in front of it. She gazed up into the eyes of her husband and tried to think. It couldn't be James. Although he was missing she doubted her family would have tracked him down and killed him. Kat would have felt it. Or at least she hoped she would have. She stood once more and walked towards the cross. Again it changed into the form of Darth Ravage but this time Kat did not halt. She undid the straps holding her brother up and gently lowered his body to the floor. She shook him gently until his green eyes snapped open. He smiled that cocky grin at her and reached a hand up into her hair. "Hello my sweet." Kat stood suddenly, letting his hand fall away from her. "Where is my husband?" Her brother stood and grinned again. "I'm right here. Now tell me what are you doing here?" "My husband is James Terran and I'm searching for a necklace." Without warning terrible pain erupted inside Katarine. She fell to her knees in agony and screamed. Darth Ravage disappeared but the pain lasted for what felt like eternity. When it ended Katarine was in a different room. This one had moving floor pieces. At the far side stood Troy Ryiah. He resembled Dax completely except his dark hair was lined with gray. There was no denying he had fathered Ravage. Kat glared at him but soon her attention drifted towards the moving floor. The pieces were twirling and shifting to get in alignment. Finally the pieces arranged themselves in a picture of the Ryiah family tree. At the bottom her and her brothers circles were connected with a line, indicating marriage. Kat sighed and looked back around the room. There was nothing besides the moving floor and her father to look at. Another glance down showed her a pen lying on the floor. She picked it up and knelt beside her square. and scratched out the line indicating her false marriage. In it's place she drew another line and connected it to a circle. Inside the circle she put the name of the blond man of her dreams and stood again. The blinding agony overtook her once more and she collapsed back on the ground. The floor cracked and shattered, sending Katarine falling into the black unknown. When she landed she found herself in a puddle of muddy water. Looking down at her was a beautiful woman with crystal clear green eyes that greatly resembled Katarines. She had the same skin tone and dark hair that Kat did. "Alysabeth?" The woman smiled. "You answer so correctly and yet I am ashamed to see you have no wits about you. Haven't you seen what this place is trying to tell you?" Kat stood and rung the water out of her jacket. "All I've seen so far is my family trying to force a tradition upon me which I do not believe in." The woman frowned at Kat. "I'm afraid you haven't the strength to be part of this family Kat. I have no choice but to kill you. That is unless you can give me one good reason why I should allow you to live and dilute this bloodline?" This time it was Kat's turn to smile. "Don't you get it? I don't need this bloodline to be strong. I never have. Strength doesn't come from a name or even from a pure bloodline. True lasting strength comes from inside your heart." Kat paused as a realization occurred to her. She reached inside her jacket, under her tank top and bra and felt the cold stone pressed up against her heart. She smiled and pulled it out to examine it. In her hands the amulet of Marlo was beautiful. It's dark green gem was strung on a black velvet string. It pulsed slightly in her hand, giving her no question of the power it held. Beside her Alysabeth shrieked and sent a wave of Force lightening at her. The blast hit Kat in the chest and burned her insides. She fell to her knees and gasped for air as the intensity of the attack increased. With haste she put the necklace around her bare neck and clasped it in the back. A blinding green light lit up the room, forcing Kat to shield her eyes with her hand. When the light ceased she was looking up into the eyes of Master Exel. Her fingers toyed with the gem around her neck for a second before she stood and smiled at him. "I hope I haven't kept you waiting to long Master."

She was good, very good with those dual blades, but he did much more to hone his skills with the force which is where Venge would hope she would be lacking when the moment of truth arose. Suddenly a rather large few Rakatan dashed at Venge from the gates of the ancient Temple. With their enchanted double ended blades that swung to the ducking head of Venge who so spun his body and flung his legs out in a vertical spin to avoid a midsection cut and a swing below the knees. His body twirls three times over while his hands stretched out with his red saber that followed suit with the movements of his body. As he landed he followed his momentum and turned his body into a swing at another knocking his blade from his grip. The other Rakatan stood in a cold and motionless stance as he looked down at what the Sith's evasive maneuver had done. From his gut blood and organ poured and his left arm fall from it's shoulder. Venge turned and looked to the Rakatan that now fell to his knees and soon to his face, the other stood with no weapon at all wide eyed and watching the Sith just as Venge threw out his arm to the ground. The enchanted blade lurched from its position and threw the air to Venge's grasp and without missing a beat his arm followed the path of the blade while he slightly altered the course. The Rakatan's eyes grew red with bursting blood vessels as it tried to mutter something. Slowly it began falling back, but soon it was obvious that only it's head toppled backwards while it's body fell lifeless at the Knight's feet. "Simple, Syndell. All we must do is seek council with the Rakatan Elders." Venge stepped over the bodies with the double ended blade still in hand. He walked forwards towards a set of tents off to the side of the Temple. As he stopped before it a slow and pained looking Rakatan tried to flee form the safety of the hiding place. As He did Venge threw out his hand and used the force to brush the cloth of the tents aside. As soon as the tents were dispersed a few other old and decrepit looking creatures were revealed within the tents while the young Draclau hopeful hoisted the Rakatan weapon above his shoulder and flung it spinning through the air at the fleeing elder. The blade stuck a few inches into the metal that made up the Temple wall with a frightened looking Rakatan staring at his reflection in the metal. The sacred tool vibrated with motion from its newly forced placement and soon lay still. Venge then raised two fingers on his right hand and brushed the elder across the chest sending him skidding across the ground back in front of the others. There were four in all, and though they did not display the same expressions, they were all feeling the same emotions. Venge slowly walked up with his almost drifting walk accented by his black cloak that floated over the ground. He stopped in front of the Elders and held both hands up. The force obeyed his command and pinned all of them to the walls of the Temple while he leaned down to their eye level. "Now, lets discuss a few things, shall we?" One of the more bold elders spoke up with a lash to his tongue while he addressed the Draclau. "Who are you to poison this holy place with your presence!?" His red eyes slowly moved across his dark complexion cast by black locks reaching up to his crown. "You… you're lucky I missed. Believe me when I say your resistance is worthless, Elder of the Rakatan. For your race to live on and thrive this day you will perform your sacred ritual and open these holy gates." Venge turned his head slowly and looked over his shoulder to the peaceful city behind them. He watched as the life there flourished greater than it had even before they came so close to extinction. Soon he heard alarms and sirens going off in a distant echo as the people had been alerted to their presence. "What makes you think you can make it out of here alive, fool!?" Venge turned to yet another of the Rakatan Elders and spoke again. "Because you know very well the name of Draclau… Surly you have heard of my father Malice. Do not think that if you do not comply our entire bloodline will not transcend upon your doorstep. Besides, we want nothing of your holy establishment, we only want a sacred artifact left here during the Jedi Civil War." A third elder spoke up with almost a yell as he spoke with a frantic tongue. "You mean the tablets!? But the tablets…" Venge threw forth his hand cupping the mouth of the elder and slamming his head against the steel wall. He couldn't let these old fools destroy the entire purpose for his being there and he would not let him ruin their farce of a mission and the little trust Syndell had for him. "YES THE TABLETS, FOOL! OPEN THE GATE!" The Sith narrowed his eyes again while he calmed himself while he continued. "Unless you would rather die and ensure the extinction of all those thriving in that beautiful city behind me…" Venge let his hand down from the dazed elder who fell into the arms of the others. They other three carried him as one stepped forward to him and spoke. "We will open the gate, but you must spare our people. We have done nothing to deserve this wrath of the Draclau clan and in compliance I pray you respect a pact between our cooperation." Venge nodded and leaned back letting his head roll over and neck turn to cast a half faced smiled at Syndell who approached from behind him. His smile was almost taunting as if to say "I told you so", but soon he leaned back up and followed the elders to the gates of the Temples.

This unknown being carried a strong hold of the Force, which was made clear when a mild Force push crashed through a burning hut and sent charred debris sliding past Hyde. Still the young Marzullo silently waited for the mystrious stranger to reveal themself, and then he question them their reason for crashing his party. No sooner had he thought this, the unknown being emerged inside the blazing structure, obscured by the thick black smoke. The relentless flames constantly threatened to engulf her, but were held back by a mystious force, probably the Force, Hyde guessed. It didn't take the other long to pass through the building, revealing who they were to the Marzullo. Rose thorn like horns wrapped around the strangers forehead, catching the flickering light from the flames. Which gave them the appearance of an ivory halo, to which an ebony mane flowed behind the intruder. As they closed the gap between them, Hyde now could distinguish that the stranger was a woman, and a shapely one at that. He followed the curves of her body with his intense sepia eyes, he had quickly gotten lost in her shapely conterves. Her voice broke his dreamy concentration and his gaze traveled up her form to lock with her sliver-blue eyes, and gave a reply to her question. "Actually... there are some left hiding in the village." He then paused briefly, and thought of something wickedly delishous. "They're yours if you can get to them first, but if I get there first... then you have to give me a kiss." He finished with a wicked grin.

Shuyin answered calmly. "Not the Jedi Order and not the Sith. I came here under the orders of another, just as you did, but I chose to be here, just as you did. The decision to follow those orders was my own." Shuyin caressed her cheek gently for another moment, then brought his hand back to his side. He understood her concern, though he did not share it. Shuyin had been in similar situations before when he was of Onderon nobility, so he could sympathize with her even if he could not fully empathize. He wanted nothing more than to put her worries to rest. Whatever they chose to do or become the galaxy would decide their fate. It always would, no matter what they chose. Shuyin had already made his choice back in the swamps of Degobah when an injured Jedi girl told him to leave her behind to her fate. Shuyin had rescued her, albeit from circumstance he had put her in himself, and he had never looked back. If given the opportunity he would save her life again, regardless of circumstances, and whatever price it may cost him he would pay it gladly. The cave shook and stole Shuyin's line of thought. Tahira caught herself and Shuyin moved to her side out of the falling dust, placing his hand on her arm to help steady them both. After a moment he let go when he was sure the tremor had passed. "I made my choice." Shuyin continued, his voice was calm and soothing, nothing at all like their conversations on Degobah. "And I'd make it again even if the galaxy fell on me. Whatever we become is what we choose to be. I have no regrets."

The master seemed different from the last time they'd met, but that was to be expected. Everyone changes over such a long period of time. He too had changed since then. The only parts of the armor he had kept were the breast plate and gaunts, though the mask he wore was also enhanced at the same time as his armor. It kept him light and protected his vital organs at the same time. "Master Draclau, good to see you're still alive and well. It's been a while since I've seen a face from the Regnum, to be honest. I quite miss it, but I suppose it can't be helped. I'm glad you came, I was looking to expand my knowledge of the Force into alchemic studies. That is, if you'll teach me, of course. I'd rather not have to go looking for someone each time I feel the need for a new weapon, not to mention learning more is always a good thing." He nodded and awaited the elder Sith's reply. Hopefully it would be a positive outcome.

Her eyes roamed over his form once more, approval shinning in her gaze. Smiling darkly and moved past the man. So he wanted to play with not only the lives of innocents, but with her as well. How interesting. He was devious and she couldn't help but approve. He was obviously a sadistic man and she knew that this game was one she was going to enjoy, whether she won or not. A deliciously dark smile graced her lips as she turned back toward the man. "Game on then." Reaching out with the Force she searched for the survivors. It took only seconds before she found them and her silver-blue eyes became rimmed with black. She couldn't wait to feel their life's blood flowing through her fingers. Shivering in anticipation she moved away from the mysterious man quickly, using the Force to enhance her movements, making her quicker. While the idea of kissing the mysterious man was appealing, she didn't plan on making it easy for him. He was going to have to earn it. This was his game, but no one said she had to play fair, besides, she had a feeling he had the same idea in mind. What kind of a man would he be if he didn't break the rules? Laughing darkly she approached the hiding place of the survivors. Akima slowed her approach, her quick movements slowing considerably until she was walking leisurely. "Hello?" Her voice echoed through the ruined village, sweet and inviting. Nothing, no response, it was going to take some real acting to draw these cattle out to slaughter. A wicked smile graced her lips then. Licking her lips she moved closer toward the survivors hiding place, a still largely undamaged hut. It was such an obvious hiding place, but when cattle are scared all reasonable thought leaves them. Instinct takes over, making them dumb and very easy to kill. "Is there anyone left alive? I've come from the Temple to help!" This time she heard something stir within the confines of the hut. The black rimming her eyes thickened and she lowered her head slightly, the predatory smile from before returning. Slowly the inhabitants of the hut peeked out, their dirt covered faces searching for their rescuer. However, when their eyes fell upon Akima the hope that had been in their eye's died and was replaced with fear. It was delicious. Purring Akima stepped toward them, her voice sweet and angelic once more. "I've come to help…help you to the afterlife that is." Immediately her voice changed, the sweet innocence that had existed a moment before cast aside as her true voice came forward. Her voice was no less sweet, but it held no innocence and promise of salvation. It was sweet as freshly spilt blood and held only the promise of death.

Maybe that's why none of them have made their way down here and gotten anything out of it. You can't exactly kill someone who's dead, so it gets somewhat complicated for them, I imagine." He folded his arms behind him and nodded at her. "I appreciate it, I'd like to learn as much as I can from you." He watched her with a bit of interest. He wasn't sure he'd ever heard of this woman before, but he didn't want to downplay her abilities just because of that. He knew she had to have some skill otherwise he would have been able to pick her out long ago. He could use those skills quite extensively if he learned them well.

Another woman who, it appeared took Jesse's side, had made her was casually over to the young group. Daniels had taken a breif lull in his drinks, motioning for a temporary stop while he tried to take in the group around him. Three women, two guys. This was not a drinking party. If it were, all five of em' would have been wasted already, trading shots or being so drunk someone like Jesse would be taking shots off of one of the girls. Daniels knew Jesse would never do anything like that, it appeared the young man was either afraid to tempt fate and drink or he had some moral obligation against it. Daniels assumed the latter. Still he remained silent, wanting to give someone else a chance to talk. Besides, even he did not know what would come flying out of his mouth should he open it at the moment.

Simulations had predicted the the scattered rebellion forces would look for possibly sympathetic planets to help them regroup, and Actal was on the list. Plagued by civil strife the Radell Corporation was all that stood between order and chaos, and should the planet fall to the revolutionaries they would no doubt sign up to the rebellions cause. However this situation left an opportunity for the empire, if we help secure Radell control we can use our influence to get cheap minerals to bulk up our fleets. "This is Radell Corporation HQ to the Autumn, we are expecting you. Please dock in bay 3." "Copy that. Proceeding to bay 3." Impressive, Salomon thought. This empire sure is organised, they even called ahead for me. After docking he was greeted by what seemed to him to be an extreemly old and ugly human (A Muun), and several poorly uniformed guards of various races. The Muun then introduced himself. "I am Pors Suni, executive directior of the Radell Mining Operation, we are glad that the empire has heeded our call for aid in these troublesome times" "The Galactic Empire is always looking to further the interests of peaceful commerce throughout the galaxy, I am Lieutenenat Salomon Wazso, Envoy from the Empire." "Excellent" spoke Pors "Now the formalities are over lets get down to business..."

Except replace the lunatics with goody two shoes Jedi, who come to a +!$% bar and don't even drink. And right now, she was the fifth wheel, and not in the mood to go into a debate where the answers to her question come from the girls hinged on Jesse's side of either leave the poor boy alone, or that drinking simply clouds perceptions. These two clearly knew the Jedi boys, and though she would have enjoyed further conversation with Jesse... she really needed to score some deathsticks. Sighing, she shrugged her shoulders. "Well, I will leave you to your fun of living in the unclouded world of your own perceptions." About to leave, she leaned in for one last comment, directed toward Jesse. "And I have stepped out of my bounds, and ate raw food before in order to experience another's culture no matter how unappetizing it may have initially seemed. So please do not presume that I never have." One last smile of parting, and she turned to step away into the crowd. Hopefully she could find some dealer here, who was not turned off by the presence of the Jedis. Only briefly did she think back to her words - of eating raw food. How did she remember that? Why did these bits of pointless memories come to her... when all else would remained steadily black?

But then gradually the lies of Luna were feeling not of deceivement, but of a life - true to its very being - that she was beginning to create for herself. She was not lieing, but rather shaping who she was. Shaping herself from clay, when the previous stone that had created her scultpure had mysteriously vanished. "Safe is not something which attracts me. I need danger... I need peril, thrill - excitement - in my life. I don't need 'right'. I know it sounds strange, but I need something that is wrong." And though she would not know it, these were not lies that came. It was how she felt, how she needed the precariousness that life would afford more than any other feeling. Whether Midnight or Luna - she still needed adventure and needed to step off the path of life to feel alive. Hideki didn't seem pleased to hear that Xander was her master. He answered that he knew of her master and that he was dating his niece. He added the typical relative threat, which made her smirk. She had no siblings of her own, so she'd not got the pleasure of hearing the words from one of her own family. He asked her what she did in her spare time, when she wasn't training with Xander, where her favorite place was and of her dreams and desires. Crystal couldn't help but laugh "Well, you're just going to keep me talking forever aren't you?" With a smile, she began to answer his questions. "In my spare time, I actually practice a lot. I just finished practicing when you tried sneaking up on me." She giggled then, a very child like giggle that was distinctive only to her. "I tend to read as well, things that I find here in the Temple." She paused to consider her response to the next question. "My favorite place to be..." She chuckled. "Well I've been on my home world, here and Coruscant. So, I suppose it's a bit of a difficult choice as I haven't seen much of the galaxy yet." She wanted to though, which is why she said yet. Of course he would know that much, as he seemed to consider her words very carefully. That was a good thing, as she almost always chose her words very carefully. "My dreams..." That was definitely a difficult question to answer, as she didn't remember her dreams most times. She had a new purpose now however, so perhaps that could be her desire? "Well, I want to learn as much as I can. Knowledge is power." It was an odd response to the question, but she couldn't think of a more suitable response. Most of the time, Crystal was impulsive and acted immediately on her desires, so really there wasn't much for her to long for.

Not out of some means of infatuation, but simply because it was important to him to listen. "I travel quite often, but then again, I've never really been the sort to stay in one place for too long of a period. I've never had a reason to, maybe someday I will." A woman and a family would certainly be enough of a reason for Fiera's youngest son. "Maybe I could take you on a trip sometime, show you some new and interesting places? There's this one particular planet I really love. It's called Spira, and it's quite beautiful. I'd enjoy taking you there if you can get some time off, I think you'd really like it. That is, if you'd like to see me again?" He did not happen to mention that while Spira was quite breathtaking, it could not compare to her. Hideki did not want her to think him silly for saying as much, so he said nothing at all about it.

She stared at herself in the small mirror in the even smaller refresher unit of the cabin she held on the ship, Sylph. She hadn't been able to sleep the few hours since take off, as most individuals had, and had instead occupied her time by reading up on the current Galactic News, followed by a long, drawn out stay in the 'fresher. The door had been shut and locked, closing her off from the rest of her room just by habit and even though she had just gotten out of the water, it was still running. She enjoyed hearing the pattering against the tile floor; it helped drown out the ever present whispers that had begun to plague her mind. It wasn't that she minded being an empath; she just really wished she could get control of it. More so on this trip then anywhere else, she had experienced many individuals that wore their emotions on their sleeves and it was if she her body absorbed them, making her feel just as they did. She had already been worried to death, lusted after some random security officer, and teared up over something said by a parent figure. Even if the lock down hadn't occurred on the ship, she would have remained inside regardless. She needed a mentor, someone that could help her control her abilities. As if on queue, she felt a slight prodding at the back of her mind. Someone was at the door. She almost didn't want to answer it and took her sweet time leaving the refresher and crossing the room. There was another buzz of the door. "Coming!" she called. There hadn't been time to make herself proper, but she didn't expect anything more then a crew member letting them all know that the lockdown was over. Dressed in only a plush white robe, town in hand and still running through her wet hair, the brunette Jedi apprentice opened the door with a bright smile. "Good day," she greeted cheerfully. She was met with more then what she had anticipated and immediately she could feel the overwhelming sense of worry that washed off the formally dressed man in waves. It made her swallow hard, her expression falling. She looked at him quizzically and then to the other man beside him. He was not so dressed and honestly looked as if he had just woken up. "Is there something wrong?"
