Sometimes we like it when they come back, sometimes we don't. Personally I think you are just suffering delusional PMS. I don't really see that the
recent blow up was a very big deal....small beans really compared to many past troubles. Usually I feel inclined to ban somebody when such things happen, but I
really have no such desire thist time around. They doesn't really seem to be any clear bad guy in this case.....
The thread was deleted because thats just airing dirty laundry in public. It causes trouble, inflates the size of issues which should have remained confined to their starting place. There was nothing to be gained for TGC by allowing the pyre to be built higher and the fires stoked. But whatever. If you want to go. Go. Beyond your falling out with TGU, nobody is forcing you out. If you choose to stay, fine. Just so long as you drop the issue and don't start another. Rocking the boat never got anybody anywhere at TGC. But I was asked to help out and within a week was banned for making suggestions on improvements. I do not want to take that kind of crap and so instead of returning and contributing an extra 600 posts per day to TGC's post count I shall be away. And yes, Disra, I know that Hat'ho'ruodo has room and she was going to return. I know that people would be more than happy to see Viktor, Kyp, a few others people know (and a few that people don't know are me) return but such is life. I don't want to be blamed for what is happening on TGU and what will continue to happen on TGU - I saw problems, recommended ways of fixing them and went unheeded. Their problems are their own and I am not going to stir any trouble. I'll probably be back at the beginning of September, though only for a month before my year restarts. I was hoping to be back for the whole of summer. |
