That sounds cool ava but how many people are going to want to rp chars that just run legit business? And I might add that many TGUers run legit business: Mariya runs a cantina, the bounty hunters in all are a licensed group, etc. Not only that but in no way does TGU have united interests that I see, except for when we do takeovers, which is generally for the good of the community when they happen. There's plenty of opportunities for people who want to rp neutrals, that's not the problem in activity. The problem in activity for neutrals is that everyone who rps them seems to have IRL getting in the way right now or they left to join TR, I think a couple TGUers did.

I think something can be done to address that but for the purposes of creating a new faction, I think another neutral one would just be silly considering how many there are compared to force factions. It truly doesn't make sense to me to have more than one Jedi faction, and no one seems to be pushing for one. But A sith faction could be interesting.

BUT it would need something to definitely set it apart from TSC. And TSC, to me, is a very vague organization where the sith just breed and watch How I Met Your Mother. If another Sith faction were created, it would require TSC to define itself more specifically so as to distinguish it in terms of identity from the new faction. So ideally one sith faction would be a reaction to the other.

Proposal: A few masters from TSC form a new Order without NPCs or a standing army. The planet the faction 'has' is simply the place where their super duper secret headquarters is at. Between the masters, there is enough influence over the important people and organizations on the planet so that no one gets in the way. I think it would be cool to see how they make the real thing work. If it's like a handful of masters, knights, and apprentices, how would they handle the threat of a takeover? How would they go about getting an army if and when the time came, etc. Would they hire merc armies and such from TGU or would they appeal to their TSC brethren for aid?

The reason this would be a good idea is that it would encourage a new angle to be taken to RPs. In the films, the sith had to surpass their limited resources and small numbers through cunning and power. To me, if we were to make a new faction, it should be because it offers new kinds of rps, not just new skins for the characters to wear. Yum.
