Rue smiled, it was good he didn't have an ego, that was certainly a plus, and it suggested he wasn't going to be heading darkside again. He may not have understood her interest in him. Even she was trying to figure out what it was about this man she was so taken by. Maybe his energy? Maybe sheer chemisty? Or maybe she was just a giddy young, boy crazy girl. Either way she was enjoying his company.
She studied his face, without the use of the force she could easily tell he had a great deal of stress and pain about his past. But she was happy she'd succeeded in lightening the mood. That was one thing she did very well. She liked to keep thinks light and playful. Especially when flirting with a man. It was good to talk histories, it was better if the fun didn't end because of it.
"Well we'll have to change that, sometimes playful details are the best part."
She giggled at his sarcastic joke. "There's certainly nothing wrong with that." She said with a tone suggesting she knew the feeling of getting blind sided. "I think that's the only way to do this kind of thing. Just put it out there and see if the other person bites." She smiled at him, bitting her lip softly. "My story's a bit cliche." She admitted. "At least yours is interesting."
The way he was looking at her made her heart race, making her look down coyly and smile, before turning her gaze back to his. "My favorite color..." The tilted her head up putting a dinger to her chin and pursed her lips as if deep in thought. "Purple." She answered snapping her attention back to him.
She finished her champagne in a quick gulp. "Well I suppose since you showed me yours i should show you mine." She flirted taking up her own suggestive tone. She hailed the bar keep and asked for a couple shots. "What do you want to know, I'm an open book." She said watching him with her doe like eyes, an impish smile coming over her face.
