Perhaps it was a bad idea to fraternize with an employer,
but Jarr didn't really care about that now. Rhiannon's smile was
contagious, and Jarr found himself gladly grinning along with her. "You're too kind." he responded, looking her in the eyes. They sparkled, the woman's posture reflecting how she felt. For a
moment it was proud and, to an extent, carefree. Soon, however, a note of
sadness crept into her voice. "Then everyone is missing out on an amazing woman." he responded confidently, a slight nod
backing up his words.
Yes. I don't often have the pleasure of meeting women such as
yourself in my line of work, and I don't really associate with the upper class
who populate these events. It doesn't lead to a very active dating life,
if you know what I mean." he shrugged, not
missing the interest in her voice. "Perhaps you would consider spending the evening with me, should
you not already have someone in mind." almost timidly the assassin offered. Usually, when
talking with women, he got his confidence from drink. In this case, he
hadn't had enough. Then he remembered his current purpose. "I mean, after I find Atlas a date." he quickly corrected, pointing out the
man. "Oh god... he's wearing
those things again..." muttering, he
sighed. "You know anyone as
awkward as the kid? He won't last more than a minute around chicks like
you, and I told him he was going to at least get a dance." after Atlas had been sorted out, Jarr
would be able to have his own awkward set of adventures with Rhiannon.
