If you felt that you were dismissed like a child then perhaps it's because you were actting like a child. For months you were nothing but aggressive and downright abusive to TSC's members. I kid you not, Korran... the staff forum was littered with complaints about you. It got old after a while. By the time you tried to offer real ideas and advice you had established such a poor rapport with the staff and members that no one wanted to work with you. Please, stop acting offended by the cold reception you received. You behaved like a vicious, vulgar little brat. I'm all for forgiving and forgetting, but don't act as if TSCs defensive measures weren't called for. Sky... All I have to say is.... it's not always about you. |

Venge, if it fails WHO CARES!!!!!????? We scrap it and go back to how things work. I don't have anything against you, Umbra... I hardly know you... so please don't take this as an insult.
You don't understand what has transpired in the past between Korran and TSC's members. Korran has said some things that would make you question his upbringing. I want nothing more than for everybody to grow up and get over it, but I can't stand idly by while he plays the victim. I may sound antagonizing, and I'm sorry for 'harshing anyone's mellow', but I've reasoned with people like Korran for years now and it's gotten me nowhere. Sometimes I think a heavy hand really is the only way to run this place. |

But running the board where the roleplaying is done......that i take very seriously. This is a portion of my daily life for 10 years. The time, energy and effort spent here is very real. And it has always been those few who don't appreciate what it takes to make this all happen that have been the weak link in TGC. They think TGC just appears. They think members just magically arrive. They think the board pays its own bills. They think that the forums are just magically designed and moderated. |
