Korran and Sky said it perfectly. Two veteran members that deserve to play their characters and contribute to a faction.

The best RP guild on SWG revolves around Ashla. Interesting concept.
Korran and Sky said it perfectly. Two veteran members that deserve to play their characters and contribute to a faction. |

Grey Jedi can't be lumped with shadow Jedi as both's philosophy are not compatable.
While shadow jedi don't believe or adher to a dark or lightside the typical gray Jedi is a jedi who adhers to the core values of the Jedi and are aware of the dangers of the darkside, sometimes more then most jedi. |

blah blah blah. Ambiguity sucks.

Lirum, regardless if they're different in philosophy are not, Ceel has commented on more than one occasion that they are not allowed within the TGCverse.
As I recall it being mentioned, you can not be a Jedi and dip your toes in dark water and not be effected.

"It can't hurt TGC"
Sure it can. An alternative Sith faction would draw others away from their own factions, creating the whole Alt problem we face. We'd be getting the same activity, just, drawing away from other factions. So they suffer that another one can flourish. Some of us have tried to start advertising groups for TGC; stick a group like that in a room for a day, kick their ass until a good idea comes out, and center a viral marketing campaign around it (I'm talking artistic, idealistic, ingenuitive (sp?)) and get new members. DO EET |

Ceel's rules specifically state no "shadow" jedi as they are non-canon. But Grey Jedi are a matter of canon. I myself am considered a grey jedi
by my philosophy Raine. Grey Jedi are strong preponants of the lightside with as great of hate of the darkside as any other Jedi. What separates us from the
rest is that we have a strong dislike for the current Jedi institution. In the end they can be considered the purest hermits of the Jedi Order.

an Ashla group ain't happening and won't
Aight. I think that we just need to mix things up. The world of TGC is stagnating due to a status qou. |

So who are the actual people in charge of implementing these debated new group(s) Just the General?

What do you mean by that question

The light side of the Force, also commonly known as the Ashla or simply the Force, was the side of the Force aligned with honesty, compassion, mercy, self-sacrifice, and other positive emotions. For the most part, the Jedi simply referred to this as the Force. That to me sounds exactly like the principals of TJC. Unless someone cares to explain to me more about Ashla. I know the difference, Lirum. Though, I am almost certain Ceel has stated in debates just like this that they have no business in the TGCverse. I could be wrong, but I remember a few others who brought this before him and he said absolutely not. Disra! ::slaps back:: You should know the rulez. |

It's completely up to Ceel to decide if they are even allowed to begin with.

I say let us give it a shot Ceelio!
Remember why you created this board! For members who wanted to voice their opinions and to create a board that they can enjoy! |

Arumi, we have been on topic. If, for some reason Ceel agrees to split the factions, everyone has an opinion on what they would like.

YES BRING BACK THE MULTIPLE FACTIONS AND I'LL DEFINITELY RETURN!
Not to presume anyone would care but I just lost all desire to be lumped in with a bunch of people I don't know or rp with and I'm supposed to be on their own side. What happened to having your own agenda? I feel like I wanted to rp more, be more active, and be all around better so that my faction would do better. Right now, the Sith faction just feels like an uber version of DSO. That's why I've been sticking to neuts now--they're just more fun for me. |
